The challenge I faced before getting Han involved was not being able to resolve database issues. I was trying to load a large amount of data on to a new CRM we’d installed and had issues around mapping data effectively from spreadsheets to the CRM. Han was able to resolve these issues through her knowledge and determination and get the ball rolling fast.
Now we have a very clean CRM database that is highly effective and delivers what we want of it. We’re a small business and when we reached the limit of our knowledge and resources Han stepped straight in, did a great job and was lovely to deal with into the bargain.
